- What is a credit?
- 1 credit identifies 1 card. The same credit covers candidate suggestions, an AI condition + centering hint, and the printing match.
- What is Pregrade and how much does it cost?
- Pick the “Pregrade” tier on the scan screen and each detected card costs 10 credits instead of 1. You get per-corner, per-edge, surface and centering subgrades on a 1–10 scale plus a Poor → Gem Mint condition label, powered by Ximilar’s card-grading model. Use it for cards you’re actually thinking about selling or sleeving up — not every scan.
- What if I scan multiple cards in one photo?
- You pay the per-card cost for each card detected. Five cards on the ID tier = 5 credits; five cards on Pregrade = 50 credits. Failed scans (where we couldn’t identify anything) are refunded automatically.
- Do unused subscription credits roll over?
- Yes — up to 2× your monthly cap. Anything above is dropped at the next billing cycle. Pack credits never expire.
- What if I run out mid-month?
- Top up with a one-off pack any time, or upgrade your tier. Pack credits stack with your subscription and are spent after sub credits.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, in one click from your billing page. Your remaining credits stay usable until they expire.
- Is VAT included?
- Yes. EU prices are VAT-inclusive (Belgian consumer law). You will see the same number on your invoice.
